I am no stranger to the fears that keep us hindered. My compassion for others and inner determination to rise above my circumstances to grab hold of success compels me to empower others to do the same. I realized my passion for empowering others while coaching a friend who was experiencing many life challenges that brought discouragement and complacency. I boldly and unapologetically encouraged my friend with life-giving words daily. As I begin to see my friend’s transformation before my eyes; I understood what I was born to do: Empower people to be the best they can be. No matter what obstacles they face!

It was also during this time that I began to have a strong interest in people empowerment and that interest spread to business, leadership and entrepreneurship. As a result, I formed my own company, Global Empowerment Enterprises™ Global Empowerment Enterprises™ is about inciting people to take positive action, providing strategic guidance and solutions to businesses and helping develop leaders for extraordinary impact.

Through my company, I have formed four direct initiatives.  MotivateMe365™, which focuses on the total person; body, mind and spirit and EmpowerMe365™, which focuses on developing effective leadership and equipping businesses for success; IMotivateYouth365, focused on motivating and empowering youth in underserved communities and Wise Women with Purpose, created to incite women to take powerful actions, embrace their unique purpose and recognize the great potential that lie within them.

I am a motivational speaker, leadership trainer and business consultant, drawing upon my knowledge, experience and insight from over 20 years in Business and Administrative Management. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
